Although we can't physically be there to help you through the hard time, let's see how we CAN help you be prepared for when times get tough. 

With a million and one things to do as a mom, parenting can feel very isolating and may fill you with endless "mom guilt". 

All we can do is let go of the moments we aren't proud of and look for ways to be the mom we want to be (not what others think we should be).
